Hey — It's Toffer.
This is a continuation of my previous letter The Future Is Rich — a trip from year 2075 when (1) money is abundant and (2) everybody speaks musically. Here are 2 more reasons why the future is rich.

🧭 Reason 3: There's a GPS to wealth.
In the future, there's a navigation app for financial success. It’s called GPS which stands for Goal, Plan, and System. Sounds cheesy but it works.
The app prompts three simple questions:
What is the Goal? Every wealthy person has a goal. Sometimes it's not even a monetary goal but money becomes an inevitable byproduct. I think the reason this question works is as Warren Buffet points out, "you can do anything, but you can't do everything" — a goal narrows it down.
What is the Plan to achieve the goal? If my plan does not align with my goal, the app prompts me to change the plan. It won't stop prompting until the goal and plan are aligned. If, after my 10th try, they still don't align, the app recognizes that I may not have enough knowledge to achieve my goal. At that point, it provides me with a list of things to read.1
What is the System that helps stick to the plan? If there's no discrepancy, the app then helps me stick to the plan. It knows that I don't have the willpower to follow the plan. So it will create a system that tricks me into doing things I don't usually do—making good habits easy, and bad habits hard. Then, instead of tracking my output, it only tracks my input—creating a bias for action instead of the destination.
🍭 Reason 4: There's Lollipop App.
One of the systems that help 75ers stick to their plan is the Lollipop App that will be developed in 10 years by Jessie Inchauspé, a French biochemist and founder of the Glucose Goddess Movement. The Lollipop App is designed for sugar lovers.
Here are some of the app features2:
Food Stack Guide - Provides the optimal order of eating fiber first, then protein and fats, followed by starches and sugars to minimize glucose spikes from meals.
Vinegar Timer - Alarms to drink 1 tbsp of vinegar in water (using a straw)—or as a salad dressing—up to 20 minutes before meals to potentially reduce post-meal glucose spikes by 30%.
Dessert Optimizer - Logs dessert intake and guides on having sweets as a post-meal dessert rather than standalone snacks for better glucose management.
Post-Meal Activity Tracker - Logs light physical activities like walking, chores, or calf raises for 10 minutes after meals to help utilize glucose more efficiently and reduce spikes.
